产后抑郁症发生相关因素分析3(2)
综上所述，家庭经济收入、居住条件、夫妻关系、婆媳关系与新生儿性别、是否母婴分离等社会心理因素与妇女PPD的发病有关， 树立正确的生育观，摒弃重男轻女的传统习惯，合理解决住房问题，处理好婆媳、夫妻关系，促进母婴同室是产后抑郁症的保护因素。应加强相关因素的健康宣教及心理辅导，以预防和降低产后抑郁症的发生，提高产妇及家庭的生活质量。
