【摘 要】 本文为了探讨双钢板内固定治疗老年肱骨远端骨折的方法及效果，回顾性分析本科2009—2013年收治的22例老年肱骨远端骨折患者的临床资料、双钢板内固定方法及效果，从而得出结论：采用双钢板内固定治疗老年肱骨远端骨折，疗效可靠，并发症少，值得在临床实践中应用。
