【摘 要】 目的 探讨小儿重症肺炎的护理方法及效果。方法 选取本院于2015年1月至2015年12月期间接收的小儿重症肺炎患儿86例，给予基础护理、呼吸道管理、用药指导、体温维护、膳食饮食和健康教育等措施。结果 经积极的治疗和精心的护理后，本研究86例患儿未发生1例死亡事件，所有患儿均痊愈出院。结论 对于小儿重症肺炎，合理的护理措施能缩短病情，能够提高小儿重症肺炎的治愈率。
