【摘 要】 目的 CTP在评估颅内外动脉支架植入术前后脑血流动力学变化中的价值。方法 对15例颅内外动脉狭窄患者支架植入术前后行灌注扫描，术前后相对灌注值进行统计分析。结果 狭窄血管供血区术后rTTP比术前降低，有统计学意义(P<0.05)，狭窄血管非供血区术前后rTTP及狭窄血管供血区和非供血区术前后rCBV、rCBF、rMTT均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论CTP可较好评估颅内外动脉支架植入术前后脑血流动力学变化，以rTTP较敏感。
