【摘 要】 目的：探讨尼可地尔对稳定性心绞痛患者的临床效果。方法：选取我院在2015年2月-2015年7月期间收治的62例稳定性心绞痛患者，随机将患者分为两组，对照组与治疗组，每组31例，对照组患者给予常规治疗，治疗组患者则加以尼可地尔治疗，对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果：治疗组的治疗有效率(90.32%)明显高于对照组(70.19%)，差异显著，有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：采用尼可地尔治疗稳定性心绞痛患者，效果显著，值得临床推广与应用。
