分析经腹或经阴道超声引导下介入治疗良性卵巢囊肿的临床效果(1)
【摘 要】 目的：分析经腹或经阴道超声引导下介入治疗良性卵巢囊肿的临床效果。方法：在本次研究中选择近两年我院收治的63例良性卵巢囊肿患者作为研究对象，随机分为A组和B组，给予开腹囊肿切除术和经腹或经阴道超声引导下介入治疗，对治疗效果进行分析。结果： B组的总有效率明显优于A组，组间数据比较差异明显，具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。B组的不良反应率明显少于A组，组间数据比较差异明显，具有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论：对良性卵巢囊肿患者应用经腹或经阴道超声引导下介入治疗，其优势明显，能缩短患者住院时间，减少患者的痛苦，值得推广和应用。
