【摘 要】 放射治疗在肿瘤治疗中的重要地位已被公认。随着现代放射生物学的进展，放射治疗学家对人类肿瘤细胞增殖特性及单次分割剂量对正常晚期反应组织放射损伤发生率的影响逐渐有了深刻的理解，期望通过改变分割方式来得到最大肿瘤局部控制率及最小晚期反应，提出了非常规分割放疗。近年来，国内外对此进行了大量的临床和基础研究，超分割放疗就是其中研究较多且有实用意义的方法之一。
