血清中人热休克蛋白60的检测在急性冠状动脉综合征中的价值分析(1)

[摘要] 目的:探讨入院即刻患者血清中人热休克蛋白60(HSP60)检测在反映急性冠状动脉综合征病情中的作用，并分析其与冠心病其他危险因素之间的关系。方法：89例研究对象分为急性冠状动脉综合征组、稳定性心绞痛组、无冠心病组。所有患者均行冠状动脉造影术明确病变程度；建立调查表收集资料，记录所有患者的一般临床资料；应用ELISA方法测定所有患者入院即刻血清中人HSP60的含量。结果：3组之间血清中人HSP60含量差异具有统计学意义(F7.870，P0.001)。进一步发现，急性冠状动脉综合征组中血清人HSP60的含量较稳定性心绞痛组及无冠心病组均增高(P<0.05)。与其他反映冠心病病情指标的相关性研究发现，血清人HSP60含量与入院即刻BNP、肌酸激酶同工酶、天冬氨酸转氨酶、乳酸脱氢酶、Gensini积分呈正相关关系(P<0.05)，与左室射血分数呈负相关关系(P<0.05)。与冠心病其他危险因素关系的研究中发现，正在吸烟患者比从不吸烟者血清中人HSP60含量明显升高，具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论：血清中人HSP60含量可作为反映急性冠状动脉综合征病情的一个重要的生化指标。

[Abstract] Objective: To analyze the effect of heat shock protein 60(HSP60) on reaction of the severity of acute coronary syndrome(ACS) at the time of admission, and to investigate the relationship with other risk factors of coronary heart disease(CHD). Methods: 89 cases of hospitalized patients were collected from Department of Cardiology, Wuxi People's Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from November 2009 to May 2010, who were divided into ACS group,stable angina pectoris(SAP) group and non-CHD group. All patients underwent coronary angiography. Information obtained via questionnaire and all the clinical data of patients was collected. HSP60 levels in human serum was immediately measured using ELASA in all patients at the time of admission.
