两种调经方案治疗青春期功血的临床观察(1)

[摘要] 目的:比较人工周期和复合避孕药对青春期功能失调性子宫出血(青春期功血)患者的调经治疗效果,并观察两种方法的安全性。方法: 85例青春期功血患者随机分为A、B两组，A组50例采取人工周期调经方法，B组35例采取口服复合避孕药治疗,疗程均为6个周期。统计两组患者的治疗总有效率,并在治疗期间观察两组撤药性岀血时间及不良反应。结果:治疗结束后A组治疗总有效率为94.0%,明显高于B组的62.9%(P<0.01),且治疗期间两组撤药性岀血时间及不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:人工周期调经治疗青春期功血安全有效，值得临床上推广应用。

Clinical research of two adjusting menstrual methods in
treating adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding

[Abstract] Objective： To compare the effect of adjusting menstrual cycle and combined contraceptives on treating adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding and to observe the security of two methods. Methods： 85 patients with adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding were randomly divided into A group(50 cases): artificial methods to regulate menstruation cycle; B group(35 cases): treated by combined oral contraceptives, giving six cycles of treatment. The total effective rate of two groups was compared, and observed bleeding time once medication terminated and the incidence of adverse reactions. Results：The total effective rate of group A(94.0%) was significantly higher than group B(62.9%) (P<0.01), while bleeding time after medication stopped and the incidence of adverse reactions during the treatment time had no significant difference(P>0.05). Conclusion： The artificial cycle is an effective and safe methods for treating adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding, which should be recommended in clinical therapy.

青春期功能失调性子宫出血(以下简称青春期功血)是青春期少女妇科疾病中的一种常见疾病,有时因为患者出血量较多或者出血时间持续较长而造成贫血,从而影响青春期少女的健康成长和正常学习,甚至因为出血等原因导致患者心理产生紧张和焦虑等不良情绪,最终产生较严重的心理疾病。及时控制出血症状,调整患者的生殖器内分泌生理功能状态,使得青春期少女能够健康地生长发育,是妇科门诊需要解决的首要问题[1]。作者对人工周期调经和口服复合避孕药两种方案治疗青春期功血进行比较研究,旨在探讨一种安全有效的治疗青春期功血的方法。
