【摘要】目的：探讨血液净化疗法在急性农药中毒患者救治中的作用。方法：本次实验选取2012年5月至2013年10月来我院接受治疗的50例急性农药中毒患者作为样本，将50例患者随机分为对照组和实验组，每组25人，对照组的患者采取常规性救治方法，实验组患者在常规治疗的基础上增加血液净化疗法，认真记录两组患者的治疗情况。结果：实验组25例患者中，治愈23例，占92%；死亡2例，占8%。对照组25例中，治愈18例，占72%，死亡7例，占28%。治愈率与死亡率的比较有着统计学差异(P<0.05)。实验组患者的昏迷时间、CHE恢复速度、呼吸机的需要时间、住院时间要明显少于对照组的患者，差异具有统计学的意义(P<0.05)。结论：血液净化疗法在急性农药中毒患者救治中有着明显的疗效，可以极大的提高患者的治愈率，减少患者住院时间和临床反应，帮助患者尽快的恢复健康，可以在临床治疗中大规模推广。
