【摘要】外科临床带教是一个艰巨而重要的任务，对临床教学效果的提升起着很关键的作用。挖掘珍贵的临床带教病人的潜力是十分有价值的。采用教师事先沟通法，床旁病情讲授法及隐形体格检查带教法能有效挖掘临床病人用于带教的潜力。

    Abstract：In surgery clinical teaching is a difficult but important task， to promote the effect of clinical teaching plays a very important role. Mining valuable clinical teachingthe patient's potential is very valuable. The teacher advance communicationmethod， bedside condition teaching method and invisible physical teaching method can effectively explore clinical patients with potential for teaching.
