腹腔镜和开腹宫颈癌根治性手术的对比研究

【摘要】目的：将使用腹腔镜和使用传统开腹等两种方法对宫颈癌进行根治性手术的临床效果进行对比研究。方法：随机选取我院2013年1月-2013年12月收治的150宫颈癌患者，按照手术方法的不同分为对照组和观察组，每组各75例。其中，对照组患者采用开腹手术方式，观察组患者使用腹腔镜手术方式进行治疗。将两组患者的手术治疗效果进行对比分析。结果：经对比发现，观察组患者在手术时间、术中出血量、淋巴结清除数量、术后肛门排气时间和下床活动时间等指标数据都显著优于对照组，且各项差异都具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对宫颈癌患者进行根治性手术治疗时，腹腔镜手术方式的效果要明显优于开腹手术方式，安全性较高，值得进行临床推广。

Abstract: Objective: Will use two kinds of methods such as laparoscopic and use traditional laparotomy to compare the clinical effect of cervical cancer radical surgery research.
