【摘要】总结近年眼科实施优质护理服务的经验，确保护生掌握优质护理理念，为病患提供系列持续性的护理服务，实施优质服务的护理理念。通过贯彻优质护理，以此提升我们的护理质量，让病患安心、家属放心，提升他们对我们护理工作的满意度，促进医患和护患关系的和谐关系。

    Abstract：Summarize experience in recent years, the implementation of quality care eye，ensure the protection of students to grasp the concept of quality care，to provide a series of ongoing patient care services, implementation services in nursing philosophy. By implementing quality care , improve our quality of care，let the patient at ease，assured the families to enhance their satisfaction with our care，and to promote harmonious relations between doctors and patients and the nurse-patient relationship.
