【摘要】 语言属于人类表达情感的工具，在临床上，诸多患者因气管插管、气管切开或语言障碍等原因，无法使用语言来表达自身感情与需求，易发焦虑、恐惧、自卑等不良心理情绪，护理依从性不高。在临床监护中，针对语言障碍患者而言，必须要严密观察其非语言行为特点，利用固定简单手势，强化护患感情沟通，以达护理目的。

    【Abstract】 The language belongs tool for human emotional expression, in clinical practice, many patients with endotracheal intubation, tracheostomy, or language barriers and other reasons, can not use words to express their feelings and needs, prone to anxiety, fear, low self-esteem and other adverse psychological emotional care compliance is not high. In clinical care, and language barriers for patients must be closely observed their nonverbal behavior characteristics, the use of fixed simple gestures, to strengthen the feelings of nurse-patient communication, to achieve the purpose of nursing.
