【摘要】目的 观察不同根管填充程度对牙体牙髓患者临床疗效的影响。方法 选取我院收治的牙体牙髓患者84例，根据填充程度将所有患者分为适充组、欠充组、超充组。比较三组患牙的临床疗效。结果 三组根管治疗时均发生疼痛情况，但适充组疼痛率6.0%明显低于另外两组疼痛率26.3%、46.7%，组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；而且适充组总有效率94.0%明显高于超充组和欠充组总有效率57.9%、46.7%；组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 不同程度的根管填充对牙体牙髓患者临床疗效有不同影响，适当填充患牙的临床疗效更佳理想，可有效降低疼痛率，对临床开展治疗有着积极的作用。

Abstract：Objective: To the influence of different filling degree of root canal in treatment of endodontic. Methods: Selected 84 patients with endodontic in our hospital, they were divided into suitable filling group, under charging and overcharge group group according to the degree of filling. Results: The pain occurred in three groups in treatment of root canal, but the pain rate of suitable filling group was 6%, which was significantly lower than that of other groups of 26.3% and 46.7%, there was statistical significance between the groups (P < 0.05).The total efficiency rate of the suitable filling group was 94%, which was significantly higher than the overcharge and under charging group of 57 ......
