【摘要】目的：分析探讨助产士全程陪伴分娩对孕产妇分娩结局的影响。方法：随机抽取2013年3月~2014年1月本院产科接诊的112例单胎足月初产妇作为研究对象，将其随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各56例，对观察组产妇实施助产士全程陪伴分娩，对照组采取传统陪产分娩，观察并比较两组产妇的分娩结局。结果：观察组患者自然分娩率80.4%显著优于对照组58.9%，观察组产妇平均产程(8±0.49)小时明显短于对照组(12±0.65)小时，观察组产妇各母婴并发症发生率均明显低于对照组，观察产妇满意度96.4%显著高于对照组73.2%，组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：助产士全程陪伴分娩有助于提高自然分娩率和产妇满意度，缩短产程，有效降低母婴并发症的发生率，值得临床应用。

Abstract： Objective: To study the influence of whole-process accompanied labor by midwife on the delivery outcome. Methods: Choosed 112 singleton and full-term primiparas from Mar.2013 to Jan.2014 to divide into study group and controlled group. Patients in controlled group were treated with traditional accompanied labor, and the study group were treated with whole-process accompanied labor by midwife, compared the effect of these two groups. Results: The rate of natural delivery in study group(80.4%) was significantly higher than controlled group(58.9%). The average stage of labor(8±0.49h) in study group was significantly shorter than controlled group(12±0.65h). Conclusion: The whole-process accompanied labor by midwife is effective to increase the rate of natural delivery and the satisfaction of parturient, shorten labor process, reduce the incidence of complications and worth to extend in clinic ......
