【摘要】胃神经纤维瘤临床颇为少见术前诊断困难。本组7例均经手术和病理证实。作者提出为避免误诊,在诊断方面除了主观上要提高对本病的认识外,免疫病理学检查对于确定诊断则更为可靠。本组有5例进行了免疫病理学检查,免疫组化标记结果均符合胃神经纤维瘤的诊断。此外，本文还结合文献就胃神经纤维瘤的分类、鉴别诊断、特殊表现以及手术方法的选择进行了讨论。

    Abstract: Gastric neurofibroma is a rare disease preoperative diagnosis is difficult. All the 7 cases were confirmed by operation and pathology. The author puts forward for avoiding misdiagnosis, in terms of diagnosis in subjectively,to raise awareness of the disease.The immune pathological examination confirmed the diagnosis is more reliable for. The group had 5 cases of immune pathological examination, immunohistochemical results were consistent with the diagnosis of gastric neurofibroma. In addition,classification, this paper combined with the literature on the gastric neurofibroma of the differential diagnosis,special performance and operation method choice are discussed.
