【摘 要】 目的：探讨在肾内科护理中实施护理风险管理的临床意义。方法：对我医院的肾内科的护理风险事件进行统计，然后对护理工作人员进行护理基本理论强化，临床护理操作培训，学习护患沟通的技巧以及护理职业道德素质。结果：通过在肾内科中实施风险管理的方法，使护患纠纷和护理风险事件的发生率有效减少。结论：在临床实践过程中，采用风险管理可以大大减少护患纠纷的发生率和护理风险事件的发生率。
