综上所述，老年患者CPR成功受到诸多因素影响，及早行CPR、及早除颤、及早行气管插管是老年患者CPR抢救成功的主要因素，本次研究结果充分的论证了这一点，因此在老年患者的CPR抢救过程中应充分注意至上述几项主要因素。
