【摘要】目的：分析研究ICU镇痛和镇静安全管理采取医护合作策略的临床应用价值。方法：选取2013年9月-2014年8月在我院ICU采取医护合作策略，对其实施前后的效果给予分析研究。结果：采取医护合作策略以后，PSA落实率明显高于实施之前，镇痛、镇静不足造成UE以及造成过度造成VAP明显低于实施之前(P<0.05)。结论：在ICU镇痛、镇静安全管理当中采取医护合作策略，可以使临床医生与护士的合作状况明显提高，具有临床推广价值。

Abstract：Objective： To analyze the doctor and nurse cooperation strategy in in safety management of ICU analgesia and sedation.
