【摘要】通过对省会长沙基层实用型卫生人才队伍建设调研，分析湖南基层实用型卫生人才队伍建设现状、存在的主要问题以及产生问题的原因，结合实际，探讨加强基层实用型卫生人才队伍建设的政策建议，采取联合培养、订单培养、定向培养、强化培训等方式，分阶段、分步骤地为基层培养一支与人民群众基本医疗卫生服务需求相适应的实用型卫生技术人才队伍，满足湖南经济社会发展对居民身体健康的需求。
