【摘要】目的：探讨外伤性肝破裂的临床治疗方法。方法：选取我院收治的30例外伤性肝破裂患者，22例采用保守治疗，8例采用手术治疗。结果：22例保守治疗患者均康复出院;8例手术治疗患者术后1例患者发生十二指肠应激性溃疡、1例存在肝周积液，给予对症治疗均康复。结论：外伤性肝破裂应当给予及时诊断，并给予适宜的抢救治疗措施。
