【摘要】目的 探讨基层医院小儿手足口病的传播途径及预防措施。方法 回顾性分析2012年8月至2014年8月本院收治的78例手足口病患儿资料，分析小儿手足口病的临床特点及其传染途径，并提出有效的预防措施。结果 小儿手足口病传染源为患者或隐性感染者，主要传播途径为粪口传播、空气飞沫传播、水源传播、接触传播等。结论 采取有效的预防措施可减少小儿手足口病的发生，避免病情进一步发展。
