【摘要】目的 调查一起食物中毒的致病菌与致病源。方法 流行病学方法筛查可疑对象，生化与血清学试验对可疑对象进行检测。结果 在腹泻病人粪便、冷盘熟牛肉与房屋后侧鸡场鸡粪中检出大肠埃希氏菌O157：H7。结论 本起食物中毒为大肠埃希氏菌O157：H7污染冷盘熟牛肉所致，致病源头疑似鸡粪便。
