摘要：目的：介绍我院在建立静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)过程中的一些心得和体会。方法：通过介绍我院PIVAS的筹建过程、日常工作以及药师在PIVAS的实践体会，分析如何能让筹建好的PIVAS尽快进入正常运行状态。结果：我院PIVAS从试运行到全面开展工作仅用了半年时间，是一个高效运行的部门。结论：高效的背后是前瞻性的设计理念、充分的准备、科学的管理以及团队的凝聚力与创造力。
