摘要：目的：了解脊柱结核患者存在的术前心理问题，以提高护理疗效。
方法：沟通的方式对脊柱结核患者存在的心理问题进行分析，制定个性护理计划。
结果：脊柱结核患者的术前心理问题存在个体差异。
结论：针对脊柱结核患者进行个性心理护理，能显著提高优质护理成效，减少医患纠纷。
