摘要:目的:建立电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定保健食品原料深海鱼油中汞的含量并进行方法学研究。
方法:微波消解法制备供试品,电感耦合等离子体质谱全定量法采集数据。
结果:汞的标准曲线线性良好,相关系数(r)为0.9998,方法检出限为0.010μg/L。
结论:该方法灵敏度高,准确,适合于难消解的油脂类物质中汞的测定。

Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry determination of deep sea fish oil of mercury

Abstract:Objective:To establish the determination method of mercury level in fish oil with ICP-MS.
Methods:Microwave assisted heating was applied to the digestion of samples, and Mercury in the sample were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.
Result: Standard curve of Hg showed a good linear relationship, with correlation coefficient of 0.9998, and the results were accurate and reliable. The detection limits reaches 0 ......
