老年患者使用无创呼吸机的护理体会

摘要：目的：分析老年患者采用无创呼吸机治疗及护理体会。
方法：94例老年患者，根据自愿分组为试验组(40例)和对照组(54例)，对照组：对患者进行常规的护理；试验组：在对照组护理的基础上，对患者采用综合性护理，比如心理护理等。
结果：试验组治疗有效率为90.0%明显高于对照组64.8%；差异显著，具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
结论：在对老年患者使用无创呼吸机治疗时，对患者进行必要的心理护理等，有效地提高治疗效果，改善患者的临床症状，促进患者的康复。
