摘要：目的：观察参麦注射液对化疗所致骨髓抑制的防治作用。方法：将116例住院化疗的恶性肿瘤患者随机分为2组：对照组(n1=61)常规服用利血生、地榆升白片；研究组(n2=55)在此基础上加用参麦注射液治疗，化疗前及化疗后1、2、3周分别查血常规，数据进行统计学处理。结果：研究组WBC在化疗后1、2、3周均高于对照组，有非常显著差异(P<0.01)，Hb在化疗后第3周、PLT在化疗后第2周高于对照组有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论：参麦注射液对化疗所致骨髓抑制有一定的的防治作用。
