摘要：目的：总结87例危重患者压疮护理体会。

    方法：对87例危重患者压疮的护理进行回顾性分析。

    结果：压疮治愈63例，好转22例，有1例2d内死亡，1例1d后转心内科继续治疗，最终有8例患者最后因多脏器衰竭死亡。

    结论：压疮多见于长期卧床并伴营养不良的慢性疾病患者，Ⅲ、Ⅳ期压疮老年危重患者容易发生，基础护理十分重要，对Ⅲ、Ⅳ期压疮老年衰竭患者，采取新洁尔灭清创，庆大、贝复剂、胰岛素湿敷，有效率为100%。
