摘要：在深入发展的国际化新形势下，留学生管理工作责任重大、充满挑战。建立一支具有开放的国际视野高素质留管干部队伍尤为重要。本文就综合医院留管干部须具备的综合素质进行了有益的探索。

    Abstract：Under the new situation，it places great responsibility on the management of international students，filling with challenges.It is crucial to establish the administrator team of medical international student with an open international vision of the high quality.Now we have an exploration on the comprehensive quality of the management cadres of medical international students in general hospital.
