高血压病人健康教育及效果评价(1)

摘要：目的：了解社区居民有关高血压防治的知识、态度、行为，并开展一系列的健康教育，并对其效果进行评价。
方法：于2013年1月～2014年1月采用自行设计的问卷形式随机抽取某社区街道共有120名研究对象进行调查，并实施健康教育。
结果：患者经健康教育后了解高血压的相关知识，对该病知识均有不同程度的提高，健康行为发生改变。
结论：开展健康教育是提高高血压患者治疗率和控制率的关健，健康教育可以提高患者自我防治和自我保健知识，有利于疾病的治疗与康复。
