摘要：目的：探讨慢性支气管炎伴肺气肿患者健康教育干预的效果。方法：随机挑选66例慢性支气管炎肺气肿患者进行评估，在常规治疗和护理的基础上给予健康教育和心理辅导。结果：健康教育干预后，可缓解患者的心理压力(P<0.01)、良好的健康教育效果(P<0.05)和更好的生活质量评分(P<0.01)。结论：慢性支气管炎伴肺气肿患者实施健康教育干预后可缓解患者的心理压力，提高生活质量，提高健康教育效果。
