摘要：根管治疗是现在治疗牙髓病及根尖周病的主要治疗手段。对与根尖周炎的病变，非手术治疗是首选，所以根管治疗的术后微渗漏是根管治疗成败的关键。本研究从根管预备，根管充填，根管糊剂等多方面阐述根尖微渗漏的原因，以及猜想。
