胎膜早破患者临床诊断及处理效果观察

摘要：目的：研究针对胎膜早破患者的临床诊断以及有效处理方法。方法：选取我院自2013年1月~2013年9月期间，住院部所收治的胎膜早破患者共计30例作为研究对象，设置为研究组，选择同期于我院进行分娩的妊娠期产妇共计30例作为对照组。对两组产妇分娩过程中的各种胎位进行对比，观察难产、顺产发生率情况。结果：研究组患者枕前位比例明显低于对照组，枕后位、臀位、枕横位比例明显高于对照组，难产发生率明显高于对照组，数据对比存在显著差异，P<0.05，具有统计学意义。结论：胎膜早破对患者分娩以及胎儿有一定不良影响，尽早诊断并及时处理是降低胎膜早破下难产发生率，改善妊娠结局的关键。
