摘要：目的：分析情感障碍患者实施针对性护理的临床影响。方法：选择我院自2012年12月-2014年1月以来收治的64例情感障碍患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：观察组患者实施针对性护理后的SAS和SDS评分均低于对照组患者，其差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：情感障碍患者实施针对性护理可有效改善患者抑郁及焦虑情绪，值得临床推广应用。
