摘要：目的：探讨观察良性前列腺增生患者应用经尿道等离子双极电切术(PKRP)治疗的临床效果。方法：将我院100例良性前列腺增生患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组(采用PKRP治疗)和对照组(采取经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)治疗)对比观察两组患者的临床疗效以及术后并发症发生情况。结果：观察组患者手术时长、膀胱冲洗时间、术中出血量、留置导管时间、术后并发症发生率以及住院时间等各方面情况均明显短于对照组(P <0.05)，差异对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：PKRP术是治疗良性前列腺增生的有效方法，具有创伤小、术中出血少、恢复快、安全、高效、经济、并发症少等优点，值得在临床上广泛推广。
