摘要：目的：在口腔修复中应用预成纤维桩，探讨和分析其应用的临床效果。方法：对我院此次所收治的120例口腔修复患者的临床资料进行回顾分析和总结，同时在患者口腔修复中应用预成纤维桩。结果：在此次的120例患者中，一共有204颗患牙，对口腔修复患者应用预成纤维桩，对患者进行6~12个月的随访，平均为(10.2±1.0)个月，其中成功修复192颗，失败12颗，修复成功率为94.1%。其中12颗修复失败的牙齿都为前牙，其中有10颗为可修复，2颗为不可修复。导致修复失败的原因主要为牙龈炎和桩断裂以及松动、脱落、根折。结论：在临床上，对患者进行口腔修复时采用预成纤维桩，使得患者的口腔修复效果得到提高，进而提高患者的生活质量，值得在临床口腔科中进行推广和应用。

    Abstract:Objective:Into the fiber pile application in prosthodontics,discussion and analysis of the clinical effect of its application.Methods:Admitted to our hospital in the 120 patients with oral cavity repair were retrospectively analyzed and summarized,at the same time in patients with oral cavity repair using prefabricated fiber pile.Result:In 120 cases of the patients,a total of 204 teeth,the dental patients with prefabricated carbon fiber post,6~12 months of follow-up for patients,averaged (10.2 ± 1.0) months,the successful repair of 192 teeth,12 failure,the success rate of repair was 94.1%.The 12 failure to repair teeth for anterior teeth,including 10 for the repair,2 for non repair.The main cause of failure of repair for gingivitis and pile fracture and loose,root fracture.Conclusion:In clinical,oral repair for patients with prefabricated carbon fiber post,make the oral cavity repair effect were improved,and further improve the quality of life of patients,is worthy of promotion and application in clinical department of stomatology. ......
