摘要：为了更好的预防麻疹疾病，减少该疾病对社会的危害，完成消除麻疹的任务，通过分析目前麻疹疾病的现状，找出麻疹预防的漏洞和改进之处。提出一些改进意见：①保障疫苗质量和冷链设施，提高初始免疫接种成功率；②完善社区卫生服务中心人员配置，提高免疫接种考核比重。③探索未到初种年龄儿童及育龄妇女麻疹干预机制；④探索有效的成人麻疹预防接种机制；⑤提高社会预防麻疹的意识，完善公共场所监测传染病的常态化机制；⑥研发和引进新的检测技术，提高麻疹检测成功率和简化麻疹的检测。

    Abstract:In order to better prevent measles disease,reducing the disease harm to society,to complete the task of eliminating measles,measles disease through the analysis of the current situation,identify gaps and measles prevention improvements.Make some improvements: 1,security and quality of the vaccine cold chain facilities,improve the success rate of the initial immunization；2,improve community health service center staffing,increase immunization assessment weighting.3,exploring not yet reached the age at first kind of intervention for children and women of childbearing age against measles mechanisms；4,explore effective mechanisms for adult measles vaccination；5,to improve social awareness against measles,improve surveillance of communicable diseases of public places normalization mechanism；6,R & D and the introduction of new detection technology to improve the success rate of measles and simplify the detection of measles. ......
