青年与老年三阴性乳腺癌病理特征的临床对比预后分析

摘要：目的：探讨青年与老年三阴性乳腺癌病理特征的临床对比预情况。
方法：我院于2008年5月～2013年5月收治的100例青年乳腺癌患者(17～35岁)，并与100例老年乳腺癌患者(≥35岁)进行对照研究。
结果：两组患者肿瘤大小、组织学分级、淋巴结转移、分子分型及复发转移情况差异均不明显(P>0.05)，但是ER和HER-2阴性发生率明显存在差异，有统计学意义(P<0.05)；青年组患者采用放射化疗的占有率高于老年组，但青年组患者采取保乳手术的的占有率高于老年组，差异比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。
结论：青年与老年三阴性乳腺癌病理特征有所不同，应当对青年乳腺癌患者的筛查和治疗加强重视。
