摘要：目的：探讨超声引导下麦默通旋切系统在临床触诊阴性乳腺病灶中的诊治价值。

    方法：在高频超声引导下应用麦默通旋切系统对97例共152处临床触诊阴性而超声显示的乳腺病变行麦默通旋切术。

    结果：术后病检151例为良性，1例病检提示：导管内癌。术中无1例出血，术后复查无1例病灶残留，皮肤瘀血5例，局部血肿1例，超声随访3-6个月未见局部复发。

    结论：超声引导麦默通旋切系统适合临床触诊阴性的乳腺病灶，具有定位准确，创伤小，术后恢复快，无瘢痕等优点。
