摘要：医院建设了高标准的洁净手术室，硬件设施上了台阶，更重要的还必须有好的“软件”，才能达到经济指标和技术指标的最佳结合。如何控制质量管理目标、成本运行目标是与服务商合作的关键。县级医院，采取洁净手术室运行管理外包服务，是实现医院和服务商双赢的最佳途径。
