摘 要：在高起点上推进数字化医院后勤保障系统的建设与发展，首先应当了解什么是“数字化医院”。数字化后勤保障系统的建设需要加强宣传，提前介入，做好准备，以明确数字化医院后勤保障系统建设的总体思路及初步结构设计。对数字化医院的理解不能片面化，对其后勤保障系统建设实施方法不能简单化，建设过程不能绝对化，要根据内外不断变化的新环境，信息技术快速发展的新趋势等因素，及时调整和完善建设规划。

    Abstract: First of all, we should know what is ‘the digital hospital’ during the construction and development of the advancing the digital hospital logistical support system in the high starting point. The construction of the digital hospital logistical support system needs to strengthen the propaganda, intervene ahead, be well prepared for clearing the total thinking and preliminary structure design of the digital hospital logistical support system. The understanding of the digital hospital can’t be one sided, the implementing measures of the logistical support system construction can’t be simplification, and the process of construction can’t be absolutization, we need to adjust and perfect the construction planning according to some factors, such as the new environment of the constant change inside and outside and the new trend of the information technology’s rapid development and so on. ......
