摘要：综合医院的交通问题历来备受关注，特别是经历过多次改扩建的大型医院，由于缺乏系统科学和适度前瞻的总体规划设计，使得交通组织和功能布局都极不合理。在医院可持续发展中，交通问题已经成为制约医院发展极为尖锐的问题，对大城市大型医院的影响尤为突出。如何利用有限的土地资源，在保证医院正常运行的情况下，解决院区内交通组织的问题是院方以及设计人员迫切需要解决的首要难题。文章结合湖南湘雅二医院改扩建工程实践，阐述了大型医院交通系统的解决策略。

    Abstract: The traffic problem of General hospital has always been cause for concern, Especially the large-scale hospitals which have many times of reconstructions, most of them lack of scientific and moderate forward-looking overall planning and design,and the expansion method is disorganization. there are many problems in the traffic organization and the function layout. Traffic problem have become the most important one which restrict the development of hospital.The influence of the large hospitals in large cities are more outstanding. How to make use of the limited land resources and solve the problem of traffic organization is the first problem need to solve. In this paper, based on the traffic organization system and flown line system theory, combining with the reconstruction practice of the Second Xiangya hospital, the content and methods of the solution is described in detail. ......
