摘?要

    我国医院建设正处于高潮时期，各地方政府及医院为新的项目建设投入了巨大的人力、物力和财力，目标是建设符合医院实际发展需求的建筑。然而，在医院的新建、扩建、改建过程中经常会出现的问题是，设计师仅根据医院提供的任务书直接进行设计，没有对院方现有的院区情况及特有的医疗流程、工作程序进行实际调研和沟通。新建的建筑也许只满足了任务书的要求，但并不是一个在改善医院院区整体方面和实现具体医疗的设计。文章结合内蒙古医学院附属医院门诊病房综合楼工程实践，阐述了在医院建设过程中如何从医疗需求出发，建设符合医疗实际情况的医院。

    Abstract

    Hospital construction in our country is at the peak of the period, each local government and the hospital in this upsurge put into huge human, material and financial resources for new projects. The aim is that the new hospital construction of buildings is to accord with the actual development demand. However, the phenomenon appearing in the process of new construction, expansion or reconstruction is that the architectural designer is only to directly design according to the commitments without researching the existing situation in the hospital, unique medical underwent process and work habit and communicating with the users. New building perhaps can just meet the requirements of the project, which is not a practical design that do not improve the overall aspects or realize underwent specific medical needs. Combining with outpatient service ward complex building engineering practice of the affiliated hospital of Inner Mongolia medical college, this paper will expound that how to achieve a medical requirement and accord with the reality of hospital in the process of building the hospital. ......
