     以多层螺旋CT为代表的无创性检查以其独特的检查优势将愈来愈多地用于冠心病诊断和预测,早期检出亚临床血管病变者,从根本上预防心血管事件的发生,对冠心病的防治具有重要意义。不久的将来,螺旋CT甚至可能替代传统的冠状动脉造影,从而产生更加深远的影响。
