摘要：目的 研究舒血通络胶囊对动脉粥样硬化(AS)大鼠血脂、腹主动脉壁血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、致炎症细胞的比例、一氧化氮(NO)影响。方法 采用维生素D3连续灌胃3 d，标准饲料喂养9周，造成AS模型。观察舒血通络胶囊对AS大鼠血脂、腹主动脉壁AngⅡ致炎症细胞的比例、血清中NO含量的影响。结果 舒血通络胶囊可以显著降低AS大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLC)；模型组大鼠腹主动脉壁中AngⅡ致炎症性细胞的比例较空白组、方药组明显升高(P<0.05)；方药组大鼠血清中NO含量较空白组、模型组明显升高(P<0.05)。结论 舒血通络胶囊抗AS的作用机制可能是通过抑制AS大鼠血管壁AngⅡ的生成、升高血清中NO的含量来实现的。

Effect of Shuxue Tongluo Capsule on Expression of AngiotensinⅡ,Nitric Oxide and Bloodrelated Index in Rats with Atherosclerosis

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect and mechanism of Shuxue Tongluo capsule(STC) on angiotensinⅡ (AngⅡ),nitric oxide (NO) and bloodrelated index in rats with atherosclerosis(AS).Methods AS model was established by gastric lavage with vitamin D3 for 3 days and feeding with standard feeds for 9 weeks.The levels of AngⅡ,NO and bloodrelated index of rats with atherosclerosis were observed.Results The levels of TC,TG,and LDLC were reduced in STC group (P<0.05).The Ang Ⅱ of rats in model control group was higher obviously than that in blank control group and STC group.The NO levels in STC group was higher than that in blank control group and model control group (P<0.05).Conclusion STC can reduce blood lipid of rats with atherosclerosis,and inhabit the production of AngⅡ,enhance the NO level of rats with AS.

舒血通络胶囊具有抗氧化、清除自由基、改善血液流变性、减轻微循环障碍、改善组织或器官的血液循环作用。为进一步探讨舒血通络胶囊对动脉粥样硬化(AS)的防治作用及其机制，现对AS模型大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLC)、一氧化氮(NO)，腹主动脉壁中血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)等指标观察如下。
1 材料与方法
1.1 实验材料
1.1.1 实验动物 健康雌性SD大鼠60只，体重200 g～250 g，由广西中医学院实验动物中心提供。
1.1.2 药物及试剂 舒血通络胶囊(当归、生地、桃仁、红花、三七、川芎、黄芪、郁金、石菖蒲、山楂、熟地、香附、木香、甘草)由广西中医学院附属瑞康医院药剂室提供；维生素D3晶体粉末 ......
