冠心病心力衰竭中医证候与超声心动图指标相关性的研究进展

    摘要:从中医主证、兼证、证候组合差异及其与特定超声指标相关程度4方面综述冠心病心力衰竭中医证候与超声心动图指标相关性研究进展,认为辨证标准不统一是制约以超声心动图指标为代表的心力衰竭中医证候客观化的主要因素。

    Abstract:This paper reviews the research progress of correlations between traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes and ultrasonic cardiogram indexes in coronary heart disease(CHD) related heart failure from four aspects such as TCM primary syndrome, accompanied syndrome,the combination of syndrome’s differences and its degree of correlation with the specific ultrasonic cardiogram index.The research results suggest that the inconsistent syndrome differentiation standard is the main factor,which is restricting the objectivization of TCM syndromes of coronary heart diseas e related heart failure represented by ultrasonic cardiogram indexs. ......
