    胸痹2号方治疗气滞血瘀型冠心病的临床研究

    目的探讨胸痹2号方治疗气滞血瘀型冠心病稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法采用随机、对照原则将2014年1月—2015年12月住院部64例气滞血瘀型稳定型心绞痛病人分为对照组和治疗组，每组32例。两组均予西药治疗，治疗组在此基础上加服胸痹2号方，12周为一个疗程。观察中医临床证候、心电图改变情况及情绪异常的改善情况。结果治疗组中医临床证候积分改善优于对照组；两组治疗后心电图情况比较无统计学意义，心绞痛症情改善方面优于对照组，治疗组抑郁因子、焦虑因子积分得到明显改善。结论胸痹2号方可有效提高气滞血瘀型冠心病病人的临床疗效，改善病人的情绪异常。
