中西医联合治疗冠心病心肌缺血的疗效观察

    目的探讨中西医联合治疗冠心病心肌缺血的临床疗效。方法选取本院2011年12月—2014年12月诊治的冠心病心肌缺血病人150例，采用随机数字表法分为两组。对照组75例实施西医治疗，观察组75例实施中西医联合治疗。于治疗前后行动态心电图检查。比较两组临床指标改变情况，分析临床疗效及不良反应情况。结果两组治疗后ST段下移幅度、缺血性发作时间、缺血性发作次数、心率较治疗前降低(P0.05)。结论中西医联合治疗冠心病心肌缺血的疗效显著，可明显改善临床病症与指征。
